The very appealing apartment was newly designed in November 2015 and is spread over two floors. You will feel at ease as soon as you step into the apartment, due to the modern and comfortable furnishing. The first floor has a living room, a kitchen-diner, a bedroom and a bathroom, while there are three further bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The four bedrooms can accommodate a total of eleven people. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (100 x 200cm), the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds (100 x 200cm), while the fourth bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and two single beds (100 x 200cm). Each bedroom provides satellite TV and radio. The big, comfortable living room has a big sofa landscape, an indirectly illuminated cupboard and a big LCD TV. From here you can access the balcony. The big, fully-equipped kitchen-diner provides all the necessary convenience, such as a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, convection oven, two fridges, a freezer etc. There are two bathrooms, one with a washbasin, toilet and shower and the second with a washbasin and a toilet.
The apartment has a big and beautiful garden with seating, a parasol, a sandpit etc. There are free parking spaces right by the house.
There is a separate apartment on the ground floor of the house. There are a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room in the cellar, which you can use for a fee.
